Shipping Policy

New Zealand Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders over $150 NZD.
  • Orders under $150 NZD incur a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
  • All parcels are shipped via tracked courier services.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please allow additional processing time during sales or promotional periods.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • North Island: 1–3 business days
  • South Island: 2–4 business days
  • Rural addresses: please allow an additional 1–2 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Issues

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. Oliiv Skincare is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at Hello@Oliiv.co.nz, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Allergic Reaction Policy

At Oliiv Skincare, we carefully formulate our products using high-quality ingredients. However, as every individual’s skin is unique, we cannot guarantee that allergic reactions or sensitivities will not occur.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application of any new product.

If you experience irritation or an allergic reaction:

  1. Discontinue use immediately.
  2. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or are severe.
  3. Contact us within 7 days of first use, providing:

    Your order number
    Details of the reaction
    Photographs of reaction

    We review allergic reaction claims on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or store credits may be offered at our discretion once sufficient information has been provided.
Returns Policy

Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are deemed faulty.

Change of Mind

  • Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be sealed, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty Products

If a product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once assessed and approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
